Wheat Tortilla Lettuce

Take some bite to recharge your energy in the afternoon. This tortilla recipe is easy to make and healthy. Lettuce is known for its many benefits as what other green vegetables serve. Adding some slices of avocado or kale is also great.

Serves: 2

Time: 10 mins.

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped lettuce

1-teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped onion

2 whole-wheat tortillas

Directions:

1. Set your skillet to preheat over medium heat then pour olive oil into it.

2. Stir in onion and chopped lettuce then sauté until wilted.

3. Lay the tortillas flat then top with the sautéed lettuce.

4. Roll each tortilla then place on a serving dish. Serve and enjoy immediately.
